The Punch List Daily is a free editorial publication for people who work in the trades. It is provided for general information and entertainment. It is not legal, safety, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice. Regulations, wages, prices, and product specs change and vary by location. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LOP Solutions, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Service or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the TCPA or other consumer-protection laws.
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted here. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to the email or text-message programs will be announced by email or text before they take effect.
