LOP Solutions LLC d/b/a The Punch List Daily, 5036 Dr. Phillips Blvd., Suite 203, Orlando, FL 32819 (the "Sponsor").
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of the Sponsor, its sponsors and advertisers, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
The drawing runs monthly. Each "Entry Period" is one calendar month, from 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the month to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of that month. The first Entry Period is October 1–31, 2026, with the first drawing on November 1, 2026.
By voting or subscribing. Cast a vote in any The Punch List Daily poll at thepunchlistdaily.com/polls, or sign up for The Punch List Daily newsletter on any page of thepunchlistdaily.com, during the Entry Period with a valid email address. One entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of how many polls you vote in or forms you submit.
By mail (free alternate entry). Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3×5 card and mail it to: The Punch List Daily Monthly Drawing, 5036 Dr. Phillips Blvd., Suite 203, Orlando, FL 32819. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within 5 days after it ends. One mail-in entry per person per Entry Period. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as voting entries.
Providing a mobile number or agreeing to receive text messages is not required to enter or win. It is only how we notify the winner (see Section 6).
One (1) prize per Entry Period: a $250 gift card to a national home-improvement or tool retailer, chosen by the Sponsor (approximate retail value $250). Winner may not substitute or transfer the prize; the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any taxes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
On or about the first day of the month following each Entry Period, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner is notified by text message only, at the mobile number on file with their entry. If no mobile number is on file, the Sponsor will make one attempt at the email address on file. The potential winner must reply to claim the prize within 7 days of notification and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 7 days, or is ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize is permission for the Sponsor to publish the winner's first name, last initial, and state (for example, "Mike R., Ohio") in The Punch List Daily emails, texts, and web pages without further compensation.
The Sponsor may disqualify any entry it believes is fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or in violation of these rules. Entries with invalid or undeliverable email addresses are void. The Sponsor's decisions are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for carrier or network failures. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control impairs it.
By entering, you release the Sponsor, its sponsors and advertisers, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the drawing or the receipt or use of any prize.
Information collected with your entry is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messages are governed by our SMS Terms; you can stop them at any time by replying STOP without affecting your entry.
For the name of the most recent winner, email [email protected] with "Drawing winner" in the subject line, or mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor's address above.
